We have found much more receptiveness with physicians and office managers when speaking about Electronic Health Records (EHR). However, we are still speaking with early adopters. What we have learned was that we must strive to employ a solution that makes the physicians, office managers and others lives easier or they will never move forward. Why? The answer is simple. What these individuals did and are doing now works well for them. This-works-well-for-me-mentality is the real competitor. Until our team realized this, we were mediocre at best. Once we embraced the philosophy that our solution makes their lives easier, we became galvanized and more focused on what was really important to the physician.
